What are Staple Foods for Full GAPS Diet?

- Farm fresh, local eggs
- Raw milk & Butter
- Sauerkraut (lacto-fermented)
- Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil
- Organic, grass fed beef
- Farm fresh, organic bacon
- Pasture-raised, organic chicken or turkey
- Raw, organic cheddar cheese
- Organic, grass fed organ meats i.e. liver
- Organic, dry, red wine
- Wild-caught Alaskan salmon. On-the-go option: Alaskan Pink Salmon in a can
- Organic Beef Broth and Organic Free Range Chicken Broth (preferably homemade)
- Organic apples
- Organic light roast coffee (the ‘light roast’ part is just personal preference)
- Organic Ghee
- Peanut butter
- Squash
- Raw, Organic Honey
- Homemade yogurt
- Cod Liver Oil Capsules
