Coconut Flour Brownies Recipe

Thought the days of eating brownies guilt-free are over? THINK AGAIN! My mom introduced this recipe to me (by way of Nanette) and it is fairly simple to make and delicious to eat. Grain-free, guilt-free!

Coconut Flour Brownies

Serves 9

Ingredients

1 stick salted Butter
1/2 C Maple Syrup
4 Tb. Cocoa Powder
6 farm fresh Eggs
1 C. chopped Walnuts
3/4 C Coconut Flour

Equipment

8×8 inch pan
Parchment paper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees; melt butter while preheating.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs then stir in maple syrup and butter.
  3. Add cocoa powder, walnuts and coconut flour.
  4. Line the pan with the parchment paper.
  5. Bake 15 – 17 minutes.
